Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by The Mount Holly Municipal Utilities Authority at its office at 1 Park Drive, Mount Holly, New Jersey 08060 on:

for the following goods or services:

A complete description of the goods and services to be provided under this Contract, as well as estimated quantities, is contained in the bid documents. Any interested bidder may obtain a complete copy of the bid documents during regular office hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) from the office of the Mount Holly MUA, 1 Park Drive, Mount Holly, New Jersey, 08060 or by downloading a copy from the “Public Notices” dropdown on the MHMUA’s website

Bids must be made on the standard bid form in the manner designated in the bid documents and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name and number of the contract identified on the outside, addressed to Sherrill Cox, Assistant to Finance Administrator, The Mount Holly Municipal Utilities Authority, 1 Park Drive, P.O. Box 486, Mount Holly, New Jersey 08060.

The MHMUA requires the proposal to be received in the following format: one (1) original hard copy, one (1) copy of original proposal, plus one (1) in PDF format on CD. The CD shall be clearly marked with the name of the proposer and the contract number for which the proposer seeks consideration.

The signed bid must be delivered to the place indicated on or before the date and hour named above. Late bids will not be accepted or considered. The MHMUA assumes no responsibilities for bids mailed or misdirected in delivery.

All price quotations and contracts shall be subject to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2, requiring submission of a Statement of Ownership Disclosure, the provisions of P.L.1975, c.127 concerning Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action and the provisions of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 requiring New Jersey Business Registration and the collection of use taxes. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27.

The MHMUA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any immaterial defect or informality in any bid as may be permitted by law. Robert G. Maybury, Jr.
