NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that The Mount Holly Municipal Utilities Authority’s public hearing on proposed adjustments to its Schedule of Rates is scheduled for Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at Authority offices located at 37 Washington Street, Mount Holly, NJ 08060. No adjustments to the current Schedule of Rates are being proposed. The Authority shall provide evidence at the hearing showing that no proposed adjustments are necessary and shall provide the opportunity for cross-examination on such evidence.  A transcript of the hearing shall be made, and a copy thereof shall be available upon request to any interested party upon payment of a reasonable fee.
