Job Posting – Executive Director
The Mount Holly Municipal Utilities Authority (Authority) located in Mount Holly, Burlington County, New Jersey, is seeking to fill the position of Executive Director. The Executive Director is responsible for all operations and supervision of the Authority and will oversee and guide a staff of dedicated and valued water professionals who operate and maintain critical wastewater infrastructure. The Executive Director reports to a five-member Board of Commissioners and supervises 45 full-time employees.
The successful candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree related to business management, public administration, environmental sciences or related fields of study. An ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten (10) years of management experience with preferably five (5) years of experience in budget preparation, capital improvement planning, labor relations, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations governing public sector utilities.
