The Mount Holly Municipal Utilities Authority is proud to announce our newly upgraded website! We hope you find this new format to be easy to navigate and user friendly. Please don’t forget to subscribe to updates to get notified when important notices are posted to the website.
2 things:
1 – There should be a login on the home page. You shouldn’t have to click the icon to make a payment and then subsequently have to click on “Pay Sewer Bill Here” to login.
2 – Not a fan of the images for calendar, make a payment, etc… where there is no text associated with the image. Then below that you have subject areas with dropdowns.
I eventually navigated correctly but didn’t think this was all that clear.
This new website is missing the only thing 99% of its traffic come here for and that is a clear and easy place to PAY MY BILL!!!!
The old website I could click home, then it was clearly there, easy to access and see. I’ve been clicking through every page for 15 minutes and STILL haven’t found where to pay my bill! I am on mobile.
